Specialty Chemicals division coordinates the formation of individual non-nuclear activities with the involvement of production and scientific enterprises with special competencies, including outside the nuclear industry. The division was formed in 2020 as an independent department of TVEL.
The chemical cluster of the division is represented by enterprises with unique production sites and technologies that make it possible to get high-purity metals and materials, as well as chemical compounds used in various industries.
Specialty Chemicals is also actively developing the production of automotive components: exhaust gas purification systems and instrument products. Enterprises producing products for the automotive industry provide a full production cycle – from development and prototyping to serial production, that makes it possible to maintain the high quality of finished products.
