The properties of some lithium compounds are unique that`s why lithium products are used in different industry segments: nuclear industry, metallurgy, silicate, chemical and many other manufacturing industries.

Lithium alloys and compounds are used as a base material for storage batteries, as catalyst reagent in organic synthesis, in the production of aviation alloys, glasses and ceramics, protective coatings, lubricants.

The main competitive advantage of our lithium products is its chemical purity, because the most useful properties of lithium are most fully manifested under the condition of its maximum purification from accompanying natural and man-made impurities. The chemical purity reaches 99.99% and it is the highest in the world.

LITHIUM METAL
01
Battery grade lithium metal is used in the production of Li-ion batteries that are widely used in vehicles, mobile phones, laptops, digital and video cameras, energy storage devices and many other handheld devices. In addition, lithium metal and its compounds are used in industry in manufacturing lubricants operating in a wide temperature range, it is used as an alloying component of aluminum constructive alloys in aircraft industry, as a getter (gas absorber) in machining metal melts in metallurgy., Lithium metal compounds are used as a catalyst-reagent during organic synthesis in pharmacy. Lithium products could be produced in a form of ingots, tablets, pellets, rods or wires and according to your requirements to specification. The product quality inspection is carried out in our certified laboratory that complies with the requirements of the quality management system (ISO/IEC 17025-2019. A wide range of modern analytical laboratory equipment provides measuring with a desired precision of characteristics for all produced lithium products. For initiation of your order, please fill an order below.
Package
Metal ingots are packaged in an aluminum-laminated plastic bag, which is sealed in inert gas (argon) and placed in bubble polyethylene wrap. Ingot bags are placed in210 dm3 steel barrels with dry argon and certified in accordance with the UN requirements. The plastic protection is pre-inserted in the barrel, which ensures safe transportation and additional protection.Net weight in the barrel is 50-90 kg, depending on the product type.
LITHIUM-7 HYDROXIDE MONOHYDRATE
02
Lithium-7 is used in nuclear industry as an additive to the primary coolant PWR reactors for correcting of the water-chemistry conditions and rust proofing. It is also used in the production of reagents for nuclear power industry as the base component in the preparation of nuclear grade ion-exchange membranes being a part of the water preparation equipment for RWR reactor coolants. The product is supplied as lithium-7 hydroxide monohydrate in the form of white, light gray or cream-colored fine-crystalline substance and can be produced according to the individual requirements to specification. High-purity lithium-7 hydroxide monohydrate (99.99%) is used as a fluoride coolant component in the molten salt reactors (MSR) and used in the cooling system of PWR reactors. Reducing of parasitic neutron capture in PWR power reactors is one of the ways of increasing the efficiency of NPP which can translate into an increase in the reactivity of the reactor, reduced fuel enrichment and the saving of the fuel component. The purer the lithium-7 isotope in the coolant, the less it absorbs neutrons, preventing the formation of tritium during neutron capture. For initiation of your order, please fill an order below.
Package
Lithium-7 hydroxide monohydrate is packed in double polyethylene bags which are sealed and then placed in a protective bag previously enclosed in a container. A 48 dm3 polyethylene or metal barrel is used as a container. The warranty period of storage is 5 years from manufacture date of the product.
LITHIUM HYDRIDE
03
Lithium hydride is used as a strong reducing agent in organic synthesis, as a raw material for the production of lithium aluminum hydride, as well as a moderator in nuclear power systems. It is used as a hydrogenizing agent in the production of trimethyl-silane. It can be used as a source of hydrogen for filling balloon gondolas and inflating rescue equipment. Lithium hydride is a grain of no more than 5 mm in size and can be produced according to the individual requirements to specification. For initiation of нour order, please fill an order below.
Package
It is packed in a double bag of a polyethylene film 0.15 mm thick or more or in a bag of aluminum laminated film. The weight of lithium hydride in one bag is 5 kg maximum, the bags are packed in 160 dm3 containers filled with inert gas.
LITHIUM CHLORIDE
04
It is used for the production of components that are part of welding electrode filler materials. In addition, lithium chloride is a part of modifying fluxes in non-ferrous metal alloy production as well as in pharmacology. Lithium chloride is white dry free-flowing granular substance. Product can be produced according to individual requirements to specification. For initiation of your order, please fill an order below.
Package
Lithium chloride is packed in a 65L barrels with one liner bag made of 0,15mm thick polyethylene film. Each barrel is closed by a lid with tightening hoop. The maximum net weight of the product in a barrel is 70 kg. Other types of packages can be used for as long as it meets the Transportation of Dangerous Goods requirements applicable to the type of transport use.
LITHIUM HYDROXIDE MONOHYDRATE
05
Lithium hydroxide is delivered in soft polypropylene bags with a polyethylene liner which then are placed on pallets (40 bags per pallet) covered with film. Lithium hydroxide packaging complies with international standards and enables long distances product transportation without changing physical and chemical properties of the products. Pallets are placed in standard 20 or 40 foot containers that can be shipped anywhere in the world.
Package
Battery grade of lithium hydroxide monohydrate is used in preparation of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries as well as an additive for alkaline battery electrolytes, which can increase their capacity by 12-15% and the service life by 2-3 times. Technical grade of lithium hydroxide is an important additive for lithium greases, alkaline batteries and corrosion resistant dyes. It is a colorless or white crystalline powder and can be produced according to individual requirements to specification. In 2020, Fuel Company of Rosatom TVEL put into operation lithium hydroxide pilot plant using its own universal eco-friendly and safe electrochemical process, implicating the continuous production process and multi-stage product purification.
